Rabin Roy
Founder & CEORabin completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and MBA in Finance from VGSOM, IIT Kharagpur. He worked in public as well as in private sector before starting of his own in energy industry. He is a young entrepreneur who brings with him over two decades of industrial experience in product innovation, development, business consulting and over a decades of rich experience in entrepreneurship.
Kunal Bhattacharya
Co-FounderKunal completed his B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He was WB HS National Scholar. He has close to 41 years of rich industrial experience in IT function, IT Leadership, ERP Implementer, IT Audit, IT & ITES hardware, software and services. He was instrumental in all aspects of Business Strategy, Information Technology, and People & Process Development at several National and Multinational business houses before joining Sustiknow.
Anjan Ghosh
DirectorAnjan completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and obtained his MBA in General Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has close to 40 years of rich industrial experience in both conventional and non-conventional energy sector. He had in past served in various leadership roles and was instrumental in Industrial Research, Project Execution and Engineering Innovation at reputed business houses before joining Sustiknow.
Debashis Mukhopadhyay
DirectorDebashis completed his B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University. He has 50 years of industrial experience in both conventional and non-conventional energy sector. He had in past served in various leadership roles in Power Generation & Power Project execution at renowned Public Organization and was instrumental in key strategic role for the State-owned Power Generation Company to diversify its energy business to non-conventional sector before joining Sustiknow.
Avijit Jana
DirectorAvijit did his BE in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, followed by M.Tech in Quality Reliability and Operation Research from ISI Kolkata and MBA in Finance from VGSOM, IIT Kharagpur. He has over 25 years of rich industrial experience. He had in past served in various leadership roles at several renowned organizations and was instrumental in the area of Data Science, Machine Learning, Digital Transformation and Allied Fields before joining Sustiknow.
Jyotirindu Chatterjee
DirectorJyotirindu completed his B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University. He has 23 years of rich industrial experience in power sector. He had in past served in various leadership roles at several renowned public and private Sector Organizations having both on and off shore exposure and was instrumental in O&M and EPC business of all branches of Power Sector i.e. Generation, Transmission and Distribution up to 400 KV System before joining Sustiknow.
Sandip Ghosh
Director ConsultingProf. Sandip Ghosh has more than 30 years of experience in Business Laws, Health care Management, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Arbitration & Reconciliation, and Strategic Marketing Management etc. Published and Presented research papers in various national conferences. He has strong experiences in many Consultancy Projects and Services for various Govt. & Pvt. Sector Organizations as Supervisory Consultant mainly in the areas of Energy, Environment, Health related projects. Prof. Ghosh is associated with Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM) Kolkata for more than two decades as a Senior Associate Faculty.
